Technology: How is distance learning working at your house? What can the Charter Moms community do to help families who don’t have access to devices and broadband at home?

Inga talked about her family’s experience with distance learning. They are downloading the packets, printing some pages, reading some books and e-books, and writing things down on paper. The school offers the option to pick up packets rather than print them out. How are other schools handling this?

She is worried about the families who don’t have laptops or tablets at home, and don’t have an internet connection. Schools are working to bridge the digital divide—what’s happening out there, and how can San Antonio Charter Moms organize and amplify?
