About Legacy Traditional Schools—Texas
The people of Legacy Traditional Schools believe that there is no limit to what a student can achieve with a great education. They have never wavered from their core belief that a strong foundation in reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics is essential to academic success. Currently, more than 25,000 students are benefitting from a Legacy school education across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas; the network will soon expand to North Carolina.
Legacy Traditional Schools—Texas has invested in constructing two new campuses in the suburbs of San Antonio and making improvements at its centrally located campus that has served students for over 20 years. Their new campus facilities feature classrooms, offices, a gym, athletic fields, a library, a piano lab, an indoor basketball court and artificial turf field, a commercial kitchen, and a cafeteria.
Programs offered at Legacy Traditional Schools—Texas include before- and after-school care, free breakfast and lunch, sports and music curriculum tracks, and competitive after-school sports. The Alamo Ranch and Basse Primary campuses offer pre-K for students ages 3–4.
At the Basse Secondary campus, students in grades 7–12 have access to P-TECH, an early college program. Through a partnership with St. Philip’s College, students have the opportunity to earn college credits—and possibly an associate’s degree—or industry certifications.
Transportation is available at pickup points across San Antonio. For details about bus transportation, contact the transportation department or the registrar at your desired campus.
