As Texas expands the use of Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs), families in Bexar County need access to clear, accurate, and timely information about how to evaluate and use ESAs to support their children’s education. Many families, especially those impacted by underperforming or closing schools, are unaware of how ESAs can offer new opportunities — and face significant confusion or misinformation.
