Saturday was opening day for “Savage Gardens: The Real and Imaginary World of Carnivorous Plants”, a new exhibit at the San Antonio Botanical Garden through December 1, 2013. Here’s my earlier post about our sneak peek a week ago. On opening day, we saw more live carnivorous plants and more educational gizmos (e.g., “operation” game, magnet board), and we enjoyed special opening day treats from El Paraiso and Chipotle.
