I could be writing about school leadership or curriculum at Great Hearts Texas —important topics, and I have new information to share with you that I learned at the open house on Tuesday. But I’m still a mom and I can’t resist giving you a sneak peek at the future school uniforms for Great Hearts Monte Vista.
Aren’t they cute? But also dignified. The supplier will be Dennis Uniform.
Plaid is a school uniform classic. In fact, Hope for the Future, an organization that provides tuition awards for Catholic school students, calls its annual fundraiser the Khaki and Plaid Gala. More about Hope for the Future in this earlier post.
Great Hearts Monte Vista is currently accepting applications during its open-enrollment period, which runs through December 6; more information in this earlier post and on the admissions tab of the Great Hearts Texas website.
Remember that Great Hearts is tuition-free with no admissions criteria. The school will lease space at Temple Beth-El, 211 Belknap Place, San Antonio, TX 78212 (map).
