Have you been to a KIPP: San Antonio First Friday Breakfast before? It’s a great way to learn more about KIPP culture. School leaders, such as Roy Feliciano, School Director of KIPP Aspire (pictured), will talk about the school’s mission and accomplishments. KIPP students, always poised and mature beyond their years, will lead guests on a tour of their school. As always, there will be a free buffet with breakfast tacos and hot coffee.
Last summer, when the Texas Education Agency announced school accountability results, KIPP Aspire earned a “met standard” rating and earned all three distinctions: top 25% student progress, academic achievement in math, and academic achievement in reading and English language arts; learn more in this earlier post.
