At the Young Women's Leadership Academy Primary School, we teach young women responsible leadership and effective decision-making that contributes to their overall well-being. We believe these are integral components to their educational and personal success. While receiving a well-rounded college preparatory education, our young women experience lessons that integrate math, science, and technology across the curriculum. Women have been historically underrepresented in STEM career fields, and at YWLA, we are committed to developing our community's future leaders across all career fields. The Young Women's Leadership Academy empowers young women to achieve their fullest potential with a rigorous, college-preparatory education that is free of cost to our students. We aim to grow our family of young leaders with students who are enthusiastic about learning, have a desire to lead, and are committed to higher education. At YWLA, we expect every graduate to enroll in a four-year university or college upon graduation. Our students are provided a strong support network to ensure they continue their academic success at the university level.
