Lynique Charles is the Head of School at Fusion Academy San Antonio. She studied at CSULB, where she received her B.S. in Molecular Cellular Biology and Physiology with a minor in Chemistry. Lynique has a decade of experience as an educational leader, first in the Admissions Department of Everest College and then as a Senior Director for Sylvan Learning Centers of Los Angeles. Her interest in education was sparked at an early age by her mother, a college professor. Lynique’s favorite part about teaching is seeing the newfound confidence in a student once they’ve overcome challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and jogging. She began training in ballet, tap, jazz at age six and has been dancing ever since.
