My other post this morning is about committee votes and other details as SB2, the charter school bill, moves through the legislative process.
Bottom line, though, for Charter Moms and Charter Dads is raising the cap on the number of charter schools that can be authorized. There are way too many kids on waiting lists to get into charter schools. It breaks my heart when a friend’s child gets wait listed, and there’s nothing I can do. Well, except ask my legislator to vote for SB2! (Find your elected officials: Who represents me?)
