WSJ: Massachusetts considers raising cap on charter schools

Two Democratic legislators in Massachusetts have proposed legislation that “would abolish all caps on charter schools and charter-school spending in 29 low-performing school districts, including Boston.” “New Front in Charter Schools”, Jennifer Levitz, Wall Street Journal, March 10, 2013.

In Texas, Senator Dan Patrick has introduced SB2, which would raise the charter cap in Texas. Read more in this earlier post.
