Andrea Banks is the Director of Enrollment Management at Keystone School.
Andrea has worked in the field of Admissions and Enrollment for 17 years with experience in both day and boarding schools. This is her 5th year as the Director of Enrollment Management at Keystone School. She graduated with a degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California. Andrea lives with her husband, 9 year old son, dog, Monty, and cat, Stormy.

Kristin Ashley — Winston School
Kristin Ashley is the Dean of Studies at The Winston School of San Antonio.
Miss Ashley received both her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity University. She is currently taking doctoral courses at Liberty University, working toward an Executive Certificate in Curriculum and Instruction. Ms. Ashley has been at Winston for five years she is currently the Dean of Studies, oversees all curriculum and interaction at The Winston School San Antonio, and was a teacher for seven years. At Winston, she was a Lower School Teacher, working with students in Kindergarten through 6th grades.

Lynique Charles is a dedicated Head of School with a passion for education and a wealth of experience. She earned her B.S. in Molecular Cellular Biology and Physiology, along with a minor in Chemistry, from California State University, Long Beach. With over a decade of leadership in education, Lynique’s journey began in the Admissions Department of Everest College and flourished as she became a Senior Director at Sylvan Learning Centers of Los Angeles. Her early exposure to academia through her mother, a college professor, ignited her interest in education. Lynique finds great joy in witnessing students’ boosted confidence as they conquer challenges, a sentiment that fuels her enthusiasm for teaching. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lynique embracees life fully. She’s an avid explorer of new culinary experiences, a travel enthusiast, and a devoted jogger. Dance has been a part of her life since the age of 6 when she commenced training in ballet, tap, and jazz, a passion she continues to nurture. In every facet of her life, Lynique Charles exemplifies dedication, a love for learning, and a deep commitment to fostering growth in both herself and those she educates.
